Mele Cascade Waterfalls

Arrived at the Cascade Waterfall around 0945. Fred, our tour guide, took us up to the top of the waterfall. Once at the top Fred showed us where to jump into five different pools.
Amy and I found out the water was the perfect temperature after getting the nerve to jump in with Geoff and Joel.
Fred took us to a look out point where you could see Hideaway Island. This island was accessible during the low tide by foot and only accessible by boat after high tide.

When we reached the bottom of the waterfall Fred took us to a refreshment area, where we had grapefruit, coconut, bananas and watered down orange juice.
